Obverse: U.S. Capitol building dome, the Statue of Freedom atop the dome surrounded by a circle of 13 stars., Reverse: The United States shield encircled by laurel leaves, surmounted by an eagle holding three arrows and an olive branch in its claws, flanked by two United Stats flags on either side, over two olive branches.
