Obverse: Portrait of Christopher Columbus facing right with the denomination below, Reverse: The ship Santa Maria sailing to the left above 2 half planispheres that divides the date 1493 with a legend around the rim and the date below.

Obverse: The obverse (heads) features a section of the Wall of Stars at the World War II Memorial with an olive branch. Each star on the wall represents 100 Americans who lost their lives in the war, and the olive branch represents the peace that followed thanks to their sacrifice., Reverse: The reverse (tails) shows a folded American flag, such as one that would be presented at the funeral of a fallen service member.

Obverse: Head of Liberty left wearing band inscribed with "LIBERTY," and ornamented with wheat and cotton. Date, motto, and stars at rim., Reverse: ". UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ." and "100 CENTS" at rim, with "GOLOID METRIC DOLLAR." and "DEO EST GLORIA." in small letters inside. Further inside, a ring made of 38 stars surrounds "15.3--G." over "236.7--S." over 28--C." over "14 GRAMS" which is in center.
