Obverse: The portrait in left profile of George Washington, the first President of the United States from 1789 to 1797., Reverse: A Bristlecone Pine tree and rocky glacial moraines where the trees grow. These trees grow at a higher elevation in the Great Basin National Park and are some of the world's oldest. The park contains numerous Bristlecone Pine groves with trees older than 4,000 years.
