1 Dollar "1880 Metric Dollar" (Pattern)
Obverse: Head of Liberty left, with pearl boarder coronet. Motto, stars and date at rim., Reverse: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "ONE DOLLAR" at rim surrounding tablet at top and wreath of cotton and corn tied at base with ribbon. Tablet is inscribed with "DEO EST GLORIA." A circle of dots in in the center enclosing "895.8 S." over "4.2--G." over "100--C" with "25 GRAMS" at bottom matching curve of dot circle.

Obverse: The portrait in left profile of George Washington, the first President of the United States from 1789 to 1797, is accompanied with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the lettering "LIBERTY" and it is surrounded with the face value and the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", Reverse: Tree-lined lake with two people fishing, a loon (state bird) on the water, and a textured outline of the state surrounding its nickname, Land of 10,000 Lakes.
