Obverse: Left facing Liberty head, tiara of olive leaves, plain hair cords, E PLURIBUS UNUM on scroll above with 7 stars on left & 6 on right. A tiny, leftmost leaf is opposite P & medium 1837 date below., Reverse: Wreath touches the right side of ribbon below, and a line below CENT. The 3 outside wreath berries are below first L, first N, and second E. There are 5 inside the wreath berries, the last of which is to upper right of the E in ONE.
