Obverse: Head of Liberty left with coiled hair, wearing a coronet. "★6★G★.3★S★.7★C★7★G★R★A★M★S★" and date at rim., Reverse: A large 5-pointed star in center with "ONE" over "STELLA" over scroll work over "400" over "CENTS" on it.
