1 Dollar "1871 Dollar" (Pattern; silver)
Obverse: Liberty wearing an Indian headdress seated on a rock with left hand on globe. Right hand holds a pole with liberty cap at top. Additionally, there are two flags behind the rock. Date at bottom near rim., Reverse: Large "1" over Large "DOLLAR" in center of wreath make of cotton and corn. "STANDARD" at top near rim.


½ Dollar (Monroe Doctrine Centennial)
Obverse: Portraits of James Monroe and John Quincy Adams, who were both instrumental in formulating the Doctrine., Reverse: Two female forms in shapes resembling North and South America. This image is said to have copied from a design created by Ralph Beck in 1899 Pan-American Exposition.
