Obverse: The portrait in left profile of George Washington, the first President of the United Stats from 1789 to 1797, is accompanied with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the lettering "LIBERTY" and it is surrounded with the face value and the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", Reverse: Peregrine Falcon above an outline of the State, with an inscription of the State motto "Esto Perpetua" ("May it be Forever").

Obverse: Portrait of George Washington, facing right., Reverse: Maria Tallchief spotlit in a balletic pose. Her Osage name, which translates to “Two Standards,” is written in Osage orthography.
