Obverse: Senator Joseph T. Robinson. He was a well known figure within Arkansas having served in the House of Representatives, as governor, and finally within the Senate., Reverse: An eagle with wings spread, perched on the rising sun with rays emanating upwards, a geometrical shape in the background with the word “Arkansas” in the centre, amidst an arrangement of stars.
