Obverse: The portrait in left profile of George Washington, the first President of the United Stats from 1789 to 1797, is accompanied with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the lettering "LIBERTY" and it is surrounded with the face value and the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", Reverse: The State bird, a Chinese ring-necked pheasant, in flight above a depiction of Mount Rushmore National Monument (faces of four American Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln).
