Obverse: Building center. Year built and burnt below with location around circumference., Reverse: Outer circle of words: Millions for defence. Inner wreath. Center states not one cent for tribute. There is a dash under CENT. Six berries within the wreath and four outside.

Obverse: The portrait in left profile of George Washington, the first President of the United Stats from 1789 to 1797, is accompanied with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the lettering "LIBERTY" and it is surrounded with the face value and the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", Reverse: The state bird, Scissortail Flycatcher, in flight with its distinctive tail feathers spread. The bird is soaring over the state wildflower, Indian Blanket, backed by a field of wildflowers.
