Obverse: Small leaves along edge circumscribed around initials, pattern of two leaves, and date in center. The fields are stippled., Reverse: Sixteen large leaves with bases in circle along outside. There are two small leaves between each large leaf. This all surrounds a leaf pattern in the center. The fields are stippled.
